Megan Hanley is Chief Marketing Officer at 91°µÍø Engines, where she leads the company’s efforts to build a more accessible, human-centered approach to financial advice. She is responsible for driving brand, growth, and client engagement — connecting more individuals to the guidance they need to make confident financial decisions at every stage of life.
She leads a multi-disciplinary marketing organization spanning brand, growth, and client experience, with a focus on deepening relationships, building long-term trust, and expanding access to holistic financial planning and investment advice.
Megan brings more than 25 years of experience helping companies grow by meeting customers where they are — whether in early-stage environments or scaled enterprises. Prior to EFE, she was Chief Marketing Officer at Forge Global, the first publicly traded marketplace for private company shares. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Achieve, ShopRunner, Microsoft, and Esurance.
She is an active mentor to emerging leaders and entrepreneurs and has served in a variety of advisory and board roles.
Megan earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and a master’s degree in business administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
