Senior Vice President, Wealth Strategy
Amin Dabit serves as Senior Vice President, Wealth Strategy at 91°µÍø Engines. In this role, Amin leads strategic initiatives critical to the firm’s future – including strengthening planner support and growth infrastructure, enhancing planning capabilities, and thoughtfully integrating technology and AI to elevate the human relationships at the center of financial advice.
Amin has more than two decades of experience in wealth management, financial planning, and digital innovation. He joined EFE in 2023 and most recently served as Senior Vice President, Head of Wealth Planning, where he led the firm’s national planning organization across more than 145 locations.
Prior to joining EFE, Amin held leadership roles at Alto Solutions and Personal Capital, where he was instrumental in driving growth, expanding advisory capabilities, and enhancing client experience through technology-enabled solutions. He also held advisory and leadership roles at UBS and Merrill Lynch, where he developed deep expertise in investment management and financial planning.
Amin is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®  professional and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Colorado Boulder.
